The annual production line of 300000 tons of dry powder mortar is used to transport raw materials (cement, fly ash, thickened powder, quartz powder or yellow sand) to large storage warehouses through pneumatic conveying (tank trucks) and bucket elevators, and process them through computer batching, conveying, mixing, finished product packaging, conveying and other processes. It is suitable for producing various types of ordinary mortar and special mortar. The dry powder mortar equipment adopts a steel frame structure, which is compact in structure, has a short construction period, high degree of automation, and quick investment returns. Generally, it takes 5-8 minutes to mix evenly, and the production capacity is very high.
Working principle of 300000 ton dry powder mortar production line:
1. Bulk cement and fly ash entering the tank do not require lifting equipment and are pumped into the tank by a pump truck.
2. Dry sand and finished products need to be lifted into the material tank using a bucket elevator. The clever material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thereby avoiding resource waste.
3. The measuring system, in conjunction with the measuring screw, guides the raw materials from the silo into the measuring bin, and achieves raw material measurement through sensor data feedback.
4. The measured materials are transported by a screw conveyor to the upper mixing bin of the dry mortar mixer. The mixing bin is a pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the mixed materials into the dry mortar mixer, achieving continuous production of dry mortar.
